Referral Reward Programme – Terms & Conditions
1. Registration
Registration is free and subject to verification and approval by VS Global Advisory FZ–LLC (VSGA). Registration alone does not guarantee acceptance or reward eligibility.
2. Referral Eligibility
Participants must introduce genuine prospective Dubai property buyers through VSGA’s approved referral process. Referrals must be registered and accepted by VSGA before the transaction. Existing or duplicate leads are not automatically eligible.
3. Referral Protection
Accepted referrals will be protected for 90 days from confirmation, subject to extension at VSGA’s discretion.
4. Referral Rewards
Fixed rewards range from ₹75,000 to ₹3,00,000+, or 30% to 50% depending on the qualifying property transaction value and type of agent category. The applicable reward will be determined under VSGA’s published reward structure and confirmed programme terms.
5. Payment Conditions
Rewards become payable only after a successful qualifying transaction and receipt of the applicable commission by VSGA. Eligible payments will normally be processed within 15 business days after commission receipt and reconciliation, subject to documentation and applicable taxes.
6. Cancellation
No reward is payable if the transaction is cancelled, the buyer defaults, or the applicable commission is withheld, refunded or reversed.
7. Partner Responsibilities
Participants may introduce prospective buyers but must not undertake regulated real estate brokerage activities without the required licences or authorisations. All property transactions will be handled through appropriately authorised parties where required.
8. Confidentiality & Consent
Participants must obtain the prospective buyer’s permission before sharing personal information and must maintain confidentiality. Personal data will be handled in accordance with VSGA’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
9. Programme Changes
VSGA may amend, suspend or discontinue the programme, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued under accepted referrals.
10. Acceptance
By registering, the participant confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Referral Reward Programme rules.
